Starting in July 2025 ESSR will launch the RADGames, a Tour de France like competition in MSK radiology.

With RADGames, the ESSR expands its commitment to make education accessible to everyone interested MSK radiology.

You will be able to solve challenging cases in 11 “stages,” each hosted by a different European country.

​How does it work?

  • Monthly Cases: From July 2025 to May 2026, every month a different European institution presents two anonymized cases on rapmed.net, a specialized radiology e-learning platform originated from the University Hospital Basel.

  • Solve and Annotate: Participants have one week to solve each case by answering multiple-choice questions and annotating key findings on the images.

  • Earn Points: Score points for correct answers and accurate annotations on findings. 

  • Learn From Experts: After the submission deadline, explanation videos are released, showing the correct approach and diagnosis for each case.

  • Track Your Progress: Leaderboards are updated monthly, with the top 25 participants showcased on LinkedIn and the RADGames Website.
